A brand, website, nutrition app, photography and print for a Calgary postpartum nutrition practice. The website meets mothers at their stage of recovery and carries straight into the app, where a weekly plan becomes three decisions for today. 600+ recipes filter by meal, recovery stage and needs like dairy-free, alongside a coach, a moderated community and simple insights from daily check-ins. One system, from first visit to daily use.
